ChattersOnly Overlay – Terms of Service

1) Acceptance

By enabling or using the “ChattersOnly Overlay” Twitch Extension (the “Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2) Description

The Extension adds interactive features on the broadcaster’s Twitch channel, such as showing viewer interactions (e.g., Channel Points redemptions or other actions) in an on-stream overlay and optional chat messages.

3) Eligibility

You must have a valid Twitch account and comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4) User Content & Behavior

You are responsible for any text or inputs you submit via the Extension.
You agree not to harass others, post illegal content, or abuse/redemptions, bots, or exploits.
The broadcaster may display, reproduce, or moderate content submitted through the Extension on their channel.

5) Data & Privacy

Use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6) Availability & Changes

The Extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

7) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChattersOnly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of Liability

ChattersOnly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Extension.

9) Termination

We may restrict or revoke your access to the Extension at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these terms.
